I’m sure America would love it if Pakistan invaded Mexico, occupied it for 18 years, flew predator drones over Texas, and fueled an insurgency that caused millions of refugees, destroyed the border towns, and killed 75,000 Americans. So why is Pakistan so ungrateful?

This is a widespread issue - did a study on this and found patterns of severely estimating the population. Assume it plays into or is a result of the fear "they're taking over" tactic.

Instead of making Pakistan a scapegoat for their failures, the US should do a serious assessment of why, despite 140000 NATO troops plus 250,000 Afghan troops & reportedly $1 trillion spent on war in Afghanistan, the Taliban today are stronger than before.
