    was brutally murdered in what appears to have been, by all accounts, a premeditated act. That’s all that should matter, and the only thing that should be on people’s minds. Distracting with allegations of personal misbehaviors is just that: a distraction.

    The risks of speaking up are so great: job/financial security, victim blaming, derailed career mobility... I will continue to speak up and will hold my squad accountable. No woman should have to take on these risks alone.

    The is the vehicle for women and male allies to commit to squashing gender bias, sexual harassment and sexual assault in its tracks. We can lift each other up and hold ourselves accountable to speak up. There is power in numbers.
